Summer tenancy takeover at Kelvin Court

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Kelvin Court student accommodation from the 13th of May to the 31st of August. The rent is £169.00 per week (bills and wifi included), and the room is en suite in a 6-person flat, with one person moved out, on the ground floor behind reception. I rarely see or hear my flatmates. Kelvin Court is within walking distance from Glasgow Uni, Kelvingrove Art Gallery, the city centre, the Kelvinhall subway and bus lines 77, 3 and 2. We have a spacious kitchen. Whoever moves in can take a free rice cooker and some other small things I can't take with me :).
