Spare room going in bright, sunny house

Hello,

My current flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to take her room. The house came unfurnished however I have furnished the living room/kitchen space. The bedroom is part furnished and has a bedframe without mattress and a built in wardrobe. It is a good size double room in a bright, light space. There is 1 shared bathroom with a bath/shower and a living space downstairs with open plan kitchen/living room. There's also 2 garden spaces and parking. It's a gorgeous, freshly decorated house!

About me 😊 I am working as a nurse in Glasgow and work shifts. Im looking for a female professional for council tax reasons and sorry but due to the size of the flat and the fact I have days off through the week, I wouldn't be looking for anyone working from home.
I'm originally from the Highlands, and like the usual hanging out with friends, weekends away, meals out etc. Also happy to chill in the flat with a takeaway. My mad party days are behind me 😂 but always up for a fun pub night so looking for someone on the same wavelength. Im looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful.

The rent is 525 a month and bills are roughly 170 on topof this. My current housemate is moving in the next couple weeks so looking for someone who could move in mid June at the latest. Get in touch for more details!
