Flatmate wanted for bright airy room

Hello everyone!

Bright, spacious fully furnished south facing double room available in a flat opposite the Kelvingrove museum.

The flat has 2 double bedrooms, no lounge but has a cute kitchen diner with all the mod cons (fridge-freezer, gas cooker, oven, washing machine etc), bathroom with shower and gas central heating. And the all important Wifi!


The flat doesn't have a garden but is surrounded by parks in almost all directions. The closest park, Kelvingrove is located next to the museum and is just 5 mins away. In fact there are quite a few parks within a 2.5 mile radius of the flat. There's also the Botanical Garden at the end of Byres Road approx a mile away.

And if you're into walking while being surrounded by nature then I'd suggest the Kelvin Walkway which begins in Kelvingrove park and meanders along the River Kelvin going past a few other parks, canal locks and the above mentioned Garden as well.
You’ll be sharing with 1 professional female (me). I like to interact with who I live (when we are both around - life keeps everyone busy) but also respect the importance of personal space. The room is suitable for 1 female only. Students only (MSc or PhD students preferred). Non-smokers only.

Transport links are excellent. The flat is a 10min walk to Partick train station, a 5 min walk to Kelvinhall subway station and a 1 min walk to the bus stop with buses covering all main routes. Or it’s a 25 min walk to city centre. The amenities are great too, there are a few supermarkets within a 3-10 min walk (Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsburys), lots of bars and cafes (hopefully soon to be open once lockdown is lifted), museums and parks and Byres Road is only a 10 min walk away. An annual parking permit can be obtained from the council at a cost of £85

A quick reminder that I am looking to live with a female only. Short lets are considered (minimum let - 2 months onwards if shorter let me know).
