Double room near Glasgow City Centre

Hi there. I am looking for a potential flat mate to take on my spare double room in a very spacious 2 bedroom flat. The flat has a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom and access to 2 lovely gardens. The flat is a 7 minute walk to train station or a 2 minute walk to bus stop, also supermarkets, shops, banks and the park all walking distance. The room is furnished and it has a built in storage. Bills and council tax are not included (council tax band B). Bills will be around 150 including council tax.
I'm looking for a full-time working female who is a non-smoker, quiet and tidy. No pets or couples.
About me: a friendly, respectful female, sociable and easy going. Interests include salsa, reading, and gym.
