Access to public transport is excellent with a bus stop within a two minute walk, and Rutherglen train station is a 7 minute walk away. It takes approximately 15 minutes to get into the city centre. Commute to the city centre by car is also around 15 minutes with easy access to the M74 motorway. If you are a cyclist there is room to store a bike in the lower terrace of the back garden.

Five minutes walk from the house you will find a newsagent, butchers, cafe, and hairdressers, as well as an Aldi. Rutherglen Main Street is a ten minute walk and has a wealth of amenities including restaurants, banks, dentist, opticians, and shops. There is also a park 5 minutes from the house.
