Stunning view over Kent Estuary from Lounge. 30 second walk to nearest pub/restaurant, 2 minutes to nearest store/post office, 1 minute to laundrette, 5 minutes to train station. Bus stop practically outside front door for buses going into Kendal and more.

Flat is well lit, secure, warm all year round, has very reliable hot water and heating and is very cheap to live In. Asda know where we are to deliver - happy days.

Lounge features 40" flat screen TV, Sky+ HD and Wi-Fi, Xbox 360, sofa bed and armchair, as well as fitted electric fireplace and very large swing-open windows looking out onto Estuary. Downstairs bathroom features a large power shower, wash basin, cupboard and toilet. Kitchen features dining table and four chairs, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, oven and hobs, and plenty of storage.

Current flatmate is Male, 25, single, working as a Chef full-time at pub thirty seconds away (staff discount...) Work 60+ hours over five days a week. Occasional smoker (outside), very clean and tidy and is only irrational when the NFL season is on. Has been known to indulge in random outbursts of air-drumming and singing along to music only he can hear. Only loud when the theme tune of Game of Thrones is on the TV, or whenever Pearl Jam are playing.

Ideal flatmate would be young professional male/female looking for reasonably priced, high quality accommodation. Would ideally drink Tuborg, enjoy Mexican food and be a good laugh. No New York Jets fans allowed.
