I am renting out my second bedroom during the week, ideal for those who work around Ormskirk/Liverpool or students who wish to go home on weekends. Happy to be flexible on price if you would like to adjust the days. Bills and broadband are included.

There is on-street parking outside the house, I don't drive so there will always be a space.

The room & home are beautifully presented and comfortable, with a lovely garden.

I work from home and live at the property so I will be there most of the time, I'm a self-employed copywriter, 33 years old and like to cook :)

The room is not en-suite, there is 1 good-sized, shared bathroom in the house with a bath and shower.

Town Green train station is a 2-minute walk from the house, with excellent connectivity, getting you into Liverpool city centre in 20 minutes.

There is a co-op, wine bar, butchers/deli, cafe and beauty salon just a 5-minute walk from the house.
