Hi thanks for looking at my ad.

I have a lovely 4 bed terraced in Barnoldswick near to the small village offering many amenities. Location near Skipton, and a short drive to Clitheroe or Burnley....

I commute down south most weekends, so I rent a couple of rooms, shorter term rents work better rather than a permanent home... but longer stays still welcome.

I will be there mainly in the week but probably not at weekends so a reliable person is required.

I have a border collie dog which is very friendly and very well-behaved.

Must be a professional - sorry no DHSS. This is a non smoking house, but if you are welcome to smoke outside in the garden.

Pls email me or phone if your interested and I will let you know availability. You are most welcome to come by and have a look at the rooms in advance.

The rooms I have coming available are a big loft conversion as per the photograph. It has thaket pine wardrobe, chest of draws, bed side cabinets, double bed, TV with DVD - free view and wifi. This is £400 pcm.

I also have a small single room with bed, wardrobe, chest of draws in Pine and a Tele with free view. This is £295 pcm.

Wifi is available throughout the house and is included.

It's a lovely quiet house that respects privacy. Cleaninless is utmost important.

As this is a professional house, would prefer somebody who wants the room possibly due to working in the area.

You are welcome to use all the facilities in the house to make your stay welcoming, so you must be a respectful person. :-)

If your looking for a Party house or a student type let, this is not for you.
