House share :)

I live in a small house in Layton and am looking for either a lovely person or 2 lovely people to live with. The rent is £350 inclusive of all bills - (The telephone is only used in emergencies other wise its only landlines at evenings and weekends.) Couples are welcome, although i'd have to check what difference it would make with the water/gas/electric, I imagine it shouldn't be too much more. The house is in good condition, and although i've stated non smokers to live in the house, I have a lovely back garden/shed (for when its raining) and can put some ashtrays out there for you. I will consider pets also - possibly a small dog or cat.
I'm a teacher and i'm out weekdays. I like to go off out at the weekend too. The neighbours to either side of the house are lovely and it is a really nice street. Really close to Blackpool Town Center (£4 taxi home on a Fri/Sat night) and Layton has lots of local shops.
