Newly refurbished 3 bedroom house in Burnley. Less than a half a mile from the new university, and less than a mile from the hospital and town centre.

There is a new bathroom, new kitchen and living room/dining area with leather sofas, a 50" plasma tv, fast wireless virgin cable broadband and a large dining table. There is a new fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. The kitchen has built in oven/hob and extractor. All rooms have individual locks and are furnished.

Onstreet, non-permit parking is available outside the house. Gas, electricity and council tax (if applicable) are paid on top of this through a pre-payment card.

I will always check with a current tenant whether they are happy with the choice of any new tenant moving in, and I consider both long and short-term lets. I will also consider couples. I would prefer a non-smoker with no pets but otherwise have no specific preferences on tenants.
