Lovely double room, 10 mins drive to Edge Hill Uni

Large double room to rent with great view. All bills and wifi included. Would suit either a young professional or Post Graduate/Masters student. Lots of storage and own shower room downstairs if prefer. Can share a separate living room area looking out to the garden if other needs their own space (currently a study) if required. Must like cats as I have a resident cat called Phoebe.

Great location in Burscough, 2 min walk to the train station which goes to Ormskirk and then 30 mins to Liverpool. 10 min drive to Ormskirk. 1 hour train to Manchester. Next to canals- great for runners!

I'm looking to share with someone who would like to cook together a couple of times a week and perhaps go out for a meal/see friends but also likes own space too. Preferably female but will consider males if same interests etc. I'm into yoga, running, food (big foodie-love restaurants and cafes like Leaf in Liverpool), de-cluttering, pool, foreign films (studied Japanese) and very easy-going.
