I am looking for a professional to rent my cozy, freshly refurbished, double bedroom which is complete with bed, clothes rail, TV and draws in a modern 4 bedroom house in the heart of Ramsbottom.

You will have access to your own bathroom, which will be used on occasions if we have other guest in the property however additional notice will always be given.

The shared living room and dining room are open plan and very spacious as seen in the pictures. The kitchen is kept clean and tidy and is equipped with new appliances.

There is parking available on the street close to the property.

The house is located just a 5 minute walk to the shops, pubs, bars and restaurants and only a 5 minute drive to the motorway or public transport routes to commute to places such as Bury or Manchester. There is also lots of beautiful places for walking if you enjoy getting fresh air.

We are a very friendly, relaxed couple who love to socialise, cook & try new foods, keep healthy and active and meet new people.

We are organised and enjoy keeping the house clean and tidy.

We have a dog called Gus who is a working cocker spaniel who is very playful and super friendly and always up for cuddle!
