We have a Lovely clean and tidy double room with ensuite bathroom, fitted wardrobes, all bills included which will be available from the end of November.

The house is over three levels, the bedroom available is on the lower level.
The kitchen/dinner is on the middle level - the kitchen was new when the house was built and we have had the house since new.

We do like to keep things clean and tidy and would like to have a lodger that also respect this request.

The house is gas central heated, has double glazed windows - the previous tennant often said how cozy her room was, so you will not be cold at our house.

We are quiet people who work extremely hard and spend quite a few hours at work, the house was purchased for mainly family visits and for my partners children to stay, my family are too old now to travel the long distances and the girls have all grown up, so we are finding ourselves rattling about in a large house on our own.

We are looking for quiet, professional people, looking for accommodation either 5 or 7 days a week, it is important for us to find someone that respects our home and that we feel comfortable with.

There are two spaces on the driveway and there is plenty of space outside the house to park, the house is on a rather quiet estate with around 50 houses on it so you should feel safe to park your car.

The room available has a large wardrobe with loads of hanging space and shelf above, one chest of drawers, a desk area and a double bed, there is also a brand new TV in the room, the ensuite is a large shower with toilet and basin.

With all rooms, we require the first rent payment to be paid in advance from date of moving in, then pro-rata from the 1st of every month following, along with bond of £200 to secure a room.

The pictures shown is for another room in the house as our current tennant is still in the room, but we will post new photos soon.
