There is a communal lounge and a bathroom with shower and Kitchen with all cooking utensils etc for your use. Parking is available on the roadside and this is a very quiet road. Ideal for Hospital staff, doctors, nurses, other professionals as the property is only a few minutes from Royal Preston Hospital. Other professional working people also welcome. Must be full time workers, There is no deposit or contract, so you are not tied into anything because it is lodgings and not tenancy.
This is a very pleasant, friendly, quiet respectable house. and noise must be kept low after 10pm. It is important that everyone abides by the house rules and respects the privacy of others. Only the person renting the room is allowed to stay in the room.
There are small dogs, but they have their own secure rooms and do not roam the house. They are very friendly, well trained and are quiet at night.
