Quiet, warm, small double room in lovely cottage.

I have a small double room in my home, which, according to other tenants, is a lovely place to live. It's perfect for studying and is within walking distance from Lancaster University. It is a calm, quiet, and positive environment, like my character's, which is easy to get on with. I am a mature student studying for an MA in creative writing but have deferred while I finish writing the first draft of my novel.
The house is quiet, warm, and cosy. It has two gardens, one with a writing hut where I work. I enjoy gardening, walking, reading, and cooking. I have a tiny dog called Lilly, who is very well-behaved.
I live alone and have two tenants who share a bathroom. and I have my ensuite. There is a third toilet next to the kitchen and a utility room with a washer
