I have one double room plus a box bed room that can be used as a study area. The house has another occupant who is a 51 year old professional male. The house has a bathroom with shower and bath. The house has gas CH, and is double glazed. There is a bike shed and with a cycle path that takes you traffic free into Lancaster town centre. There is also on-street parking.
