Is a large double room (3. 25m x 3. 15m), with plenty of floor space and plenty of storage, overlooking the open fields to the rear of the property. It benefits from a large pine free-standing double wardrobe and chest of drawers; ample under-bed storage; room for a desk/study area; plenty of electrical sockets; and a strong signal for WI-FI access and mobile use. And of course a nice big double bed and bedside cabinet. The rent for this room is -£85- a week including all bills (based on fair standard usage).

Both rooms are the only rooms located in the upstairs of the house in addition to a shower-room and a large hallway mirrored vanity area which come with the bedrooms. Downstairs the stairs lead to a lounge/diner which also comes with the bedrooms. The only access required by myself is to a couple of hallway cupboards. On from the lounge/diner the kitchen is well appointed, with plenty of empty storage units for you to use and a lovely view of the garden and fields beyond. The kitchen is a shared room with myself, so I like to keep it clean and tidy for everyone's benefit and shared use. In addition, there's bike storage in the garage, and plenty of space for parking at the front.
