City Centre Canal Access, Part time occupants only

Hello. I am a 28 year old Paramedic living in Lancaster.

I live in a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in the city centre of Lancaster. I have renovated the entire flat to a very nice standard. There is parking on the road, the road itself is quiet and always has parking available. The flat has a new kitchen, bathroom, new double glazing and has direct access to the Lancaster canal. The garden itself is a sun trap with stunning evening sunsets. It has recently been fully renovated and is a fantastic social space to unwind after a busy day. Ducks sleep in the garden, many canal boats got by in the day and the swans come daily for a snack.

I am looking for a professional who is looking for part time accommodation in Lancaster. The room is available Monday to Sunday but I ideally would be looking for someone who does not need to room 7 days a week. I do shift work with most of these shift tending to be nights, it would not be suitable for someone who works from home, but on the odd occasion this would not be an issues.

The room itself has a single bed, a bedside table, desk, chair and a large chest of drawers in place. It get the sun in the morning, double glazing was fitted throughout the flat in Jan 2023. The development the flat is placed has a fantastic community feels, it is safe and a little gem in the middle of Lancaster. There is direct access to the canal path with a 5 minute walk into the middle of Lancaster. Although it is a ground floor flat the chap upstairs is very quiet.

I travel a lot so for large protracted times the flat will be yours. I am looking for someone who is chilled, respectful, clean and whom I can trust in my home when I am not here.

I enjoy going to the gym, smashing a Netflix series and being social with the people I live with. I have had a work mate in for 3 months in the room prior and enjoy having a housemate, he has now moved to Liverpool so I am looking to fill the room again. NHS or emergency services ideal but not essential.
