Fancy sharing my home?
The house is currently having some work undertaken, it will be available again on 14th March.
Pleasant, light, airy, 2 bed house; fusion style decor with a kitchen diner. Well insulated, double glazing and gas central heating. Five to Ten minutes walk from the train station, ten to fifteen minutes from the City centre.
I dont have a TV or TV licence. I do have quite a few gardening books and I am slowly developing a garden inspired by sustainability.
The property is on a down to earth estate. The back garden has a grassed area, perennial flower beds and a patio, with seating and plants in pots.
The room available has ample storage space and a small, double sized bed (bigger than a single, smaller than a double, 4' x 6'3")
Council tax - Most full time students are council tax exempt. For those not council tax exempt there is an extra charge of £25 pcm to cover council tax.
I would like to find someone to share my home, someone who likes to be clean and tidy, and has pride in their home. Someone who appreciates the quiet but also likes to have a bit of fun.
I look forward to meeting you.
Best wishes
Jane
