The house is on Primrose, near the Uni of Cumbria and Hodgson's Chippy. It's a short walk into town and close to the bus stop for the Uni. It's not an IKEA showhome and it's a bit of a work in progress, but this is reflected in the rent. It's got GCH and a coal fire and broadband.
I'm looking for considerate, sensible, grown-up people of any age, who will understand that we've all got things to do in the morning and have got past the stage of yelling your head off on the way home.
Short lets would be considered.
Non-smokers only. If you have a cat, that might be alright. I'd quite like to have a cat in the house.
All bills are included except Council Tax, if you're liable.
