One double room

One double room is available for rent in a nicely finished house in Lancaster.

Shared living room (with real flame gas fire), kitchen diner, utility and bathroom downstairs. Washing machine (with dryer facility) and dishwasher. Double electric oven, gas hob, toaster, microwave and some cooking utensils are available alongside a spacious fridge/freezer with ample kitchen storage for 3 people. A large bath and powerful shower are in the bathroom.

A double bedroom is available. A cleaner visits the house once a week to clean the communal spaces.
We refurbished the house a number of years ago with a new central heating system, electrics and totally gutted top to bottom with new plastering, carpets and furniture. We like to look after it and will come and fix issues and keep it looking good.

Resident parking means there is always somewhere to park and there is a covered space in the back yard for bikes.

Two tenants (both male) are easy going and work in the local area.

Live out landlords work close-by and live locally to come and quickly fix any problems.

Bills included are broadband, council tax, tv licence, water and a weekly cleaner. Tenants arrange their own gas and electricity. The tenants say this currently costs approximately £13-25 per person per month. Cheaper in summer and more expensive in winter as you'd expect. Although worth noting this will increase with the current energy price increase.
