1 space free for tenancy in 5 Bed House, Lancaster

Looking for someone to take up tenancy in a 5 bedroom house in Lancaster (14 Abbeystead Drive). Within walking distance of both Lancaster University (10-15 minutes away) and the centre of Lancaster (20-30 minutes away), but regular bus routes also run through the area. Small selection of shops and pubs within a closer proximity as well. Property is well furnished, with shared living room, two bathrooms (one fitted with bath) and modern kitchen fittings (including dishwasher). Rent is £70 a week, which doesn't include bills, but an additional bill package covering all utilities as well as internet and TV license works out at an extra £14 a week for each tenant at the most. 4 current tenants are all students from Lancaster University and incredibly easy to get on with. None would probably be classed as massive party animals either, so noise would not be problem.
