Hi we are a family of two old fogies and a son in his early 20's. We have a small bedsit attached to the main house which we would like to rent out. Rent includes all heating, electricity, broadband, council tax. Bond & references needed. It is compact but has all a single worker or student wanting their own place would need, with the benefit of complete privacy due to own access from drive. We can do your washing, which can be hung out in the garden area at the back. We can also provide you with towels/bed linen if you need it. Crockery, pans etc can be provided. We have a slightly crazy Jack Russel which you can take for walks if you like dogs, or ignore completely if you don't. Area is close to bus routes and there is a Spar shop just 5 minutes walk away.
