Large single or double room available

I have one room which is available, £75/week plus low bills. I require 1 month deposit.

It’s on Palatine Avenue in Bowerham, Lancaster. It’s a great place for the cycle path and both bus routes to Lancaster University. Even closer to the University of Cumbria. It has a Broadband, Sky TV, new kitchen, nice garden, patio and bike shed.

You would be sharing with 3 PhD students from Lancaster University.

You have a choice, either the single room (£75/week) with a double bed, or the large double room (£85/week) with a double bed and lots of space.

There is possibly a room becoming available in October, the largest room in the house, its £85/week.

The contract would run until the end of September next year.

Broadband already set up, new double glazing throughout, warm, dry damp-free house.

Shared lounge with central heating, plus additional coal fire, and Sky TV.
