Living room/study/kitchenette with settee, desk, tv, kettle, microwave, ironing board, iron, mini fridge. The living room is not shared - it is for your exclusive private use, so is the bathroom.
Own spacious bathroom with bath/shower

Shared use (with me) of modern fully fitted kitchen downstairs and front courtyard garden.

Light airy West facing rooms with views across victorian rooftops and woods/fields to the Lune estuary, Heysham/Morecambe and beyond (on a clear day - Blackpool Tower, Barrow and the Lake District hills).
10 minute walk to city centre. 5 minute walk to countryside. 
On street parking directly outside (the house is on a quiet cul-de-sac)
No Bills (for heating, rates, insurance, TV, broadband etc)
Quiet house in a quiet, safe neighbourhood.
Landlords house.
I am a professional musician/artist. I sometimes work away on cruise ships for weeks at a time. When at home, I practice piano during the day or work in my artists studio in the basement here.

5 day let. This isn't set in concrete. My last lovely lodger Becky (who has just moved on) was a nurse with a job here in lancaster and a home in Skipton. She worked long shifts, sometimes over the weekends, sometimes nights then went home on days off - it was still a 5 day let.

As a short term let it would suit a visiting professional who doesn't want to commit to a long term lease and who would rather not stay in "student" lodgings or in an hotel.

If you are working in the area Monday to Friday and need a 'second home' to settle into and occupy whilst you are here - perfect.

Weekly room cleaning with fresh linen and towels can be provided (at a reasonable extra charge) if required.

Monday to Friday long term let £110 per week
Short term self catering let £175 per week
