Good sized and fully (newly) furnished double room available in spacious house. The house is currently shared by two men aged 29 and 31 (one other lodger, one landlord); one of whom disappears to a girlfriends at weeks, to be replaced by the others girlfriend staying. Both housemates are hardworking professionals during the week. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Clean and tidy. Respectful of one another's space. But do occasionally socialise together at weekends (not compulsory!). Clean and tidy house will all mod cons and utilities.
Great proximity to the M6 without crossing Lancaster's dreaded one way system. Also handy for the A6, supermarkets, town centre, Morecambe, Heysham, the Lune Valley and The Lakes.
All bills included (inc. fast broadband throughout the house).
In no rush to let - current priority is to find somebody we can get along with.
