Signing up to a flat on spare rooms is always pot luck but living with these two has been fantastic. If you're pretty chilled out, like the odd night out, good tv series, plenty of take-away and trying new things - climbing, golf, pub quizes, even Lindy Hop (non compulsory) etc then you'll enjoy your time here as much as I have!
The flat itself is relatively modern, has a dishwasher and washing machine with dryer. A cleaner comes once a week, there is plenty of parking and is a short walk away from town. All bills are included - Internet, electricity, council tax, cleaner etc which is a massive plus as there are no arguments over bills and the house is always warm! The landlady lives down south and rarely comes up but is always quick to respond to any problems.
The bedroom is quite large with a king size bed and wall length wardrobe and plenty of storage. Ensuite bathroom with shower and large cupboard. No desk in the room but space for one if neeeded. Skylights in the room with black out blinds.
Ideal flat for anyone working in the Lancaster/ Morecambe/ Heysham area or mature students at either uni. Sorry no couples
