The flat is situated on George Street and down the road from Hustle (The Nightclub). It is a 7 bedroom flat and the other 6 flatmates are 2 girls and 4 guys whom are easy to get along with.

Avaliable to move in at the start of the new term year (earliest move in date is 30th July.

We are looking for someone who is just easy to get along with, as we have a mixed range of people living in the flat already smokers/non-smokers/vegetarian /non-vegetarian. So we are just looking for someone who is nice and friendly

Bills are included in the £90 a week rent, including Sky Broadband and a 42" TV. Rooms are secure with a code lock. There is a dishwasher/washing machine and 2 bathrooms. Rooms have not yet been given to flatmates so you will still get to choose a room.

Rooms are spacious and include a queen sized bed and desk area and you can move furniture around to suit yourself.
