Please note the room is UNFURNISHED but the rest of the house is, so you will need to supply your own bed/bedframe and any other bedroom furniture that you require.

The house is situated in a good location on a generally quiet side street a few minutes' walk away from town, Sainsburys and the bus station and lots of small local amenities within easy reach.

Current flatmates both work in Lancaster. We're both friendly and enjoy socialising together but we also like our own space. Sorry but no pets or couples - the tenancy agreement we're on doesn't allow it.

Working professional or students welcome, but please note the contract is 6 months minimum. We're looking for somebody laid back but friendly. We're a chilled out household!
