I have a spacious furnished loft room available on a bills inclusive basis.

The property has a shared living room, dining room, kitchen and downstairs shower room. I am a live in landlord and I have the 2 other bedrooms.

The property has been renovated last year. The kitchen is was new May 2014 as were all carpets and decor.

I have gas central heating, full double glazing, Sky+ TV in the lounge and broadband internet. I have installed a TV point in the room but have not provided a TV.

There is a very small yard to the rear but there is a green to the front of the house that many people use as garden area with picnics and BBQs.

There is council permit parking available on street for £25 per annum. The access to the canal towpath is about 10 metres from the house offering easy access to town and a very quick walk to the hospital and bus routes to the university.

The room has a double bed and mattress, bedside tables, desk and chair, chest of drawers, recliner chair with footstool and clothes hanging rails.

The kitchen is fully equipped so you will not need to provide any of your own crockery/cutlery/etc.

I am generally out of the house at work during the day and usually go to the gym or hockey training on an evening. I am looking for a tenant that is quiet and considerate and fun to spend time with.
