Double Bedroom in House with 3 students

We are three 21 year Italian Students who are looking for a 4th housemate for the year. The house has 5 rooms, and we are only looking for one more person, which means that you can choose one room from the two you see in the pictures.

The house has:

- Central Heating and Double Glazed Windows
- Living area with Kitchen
- 1 bathroom
- Basement
- TV and Washing Machine
- Small Backyard
- Fully furnished

It is really an awesome house, spacious and modern, it has just been refurbished in August. We are literally 3 minutes away from the city centre and the nearest bus stop.

We are 3 very friendly and easygoing persons, we like to have a good time but at the same time we need to study hard, so we are just looking for someone nice who we can get along with and communicate.
