£60/wk student flat Lancaster

Hi!
There are two rooms available in an excellent 4 bed flat in Lancaster. Its clean, spacious, close to town, next to a park, 2 mins from bus stops to uni. Each room is £60/wk, plus £10 maybe £15/wk for bills depending on whether we end up with 3 or 4 of us together. There's all the usual kitchen appliances, washing machine and a bathroom with shower etc.

It would be nice to create a chilled home, where we can all relax after studying. I'm usually away at weekends, as is the other housemate, so the flat will be quite quiet but it would be nice to share some meals when we can.

We'd like to live in a chilled home not a party venue ;)
