Rooms in rural location but near Lancaster Centre

I have two very nice rooms to let in a friendly easy going house with fantastic views and sunsets. Both rooms looks out over fields towards Morecambe Bay. Located 5 minutes walk from university of Cumbria and 5 minutes drive from Lancaster University. One room has a double bed and fitted wardrobes etc. The other is a single room but has the benefit of the adjoining attic conversion which is a really nice room and is suitable as office or storage space. The bathroom is shared and is modern with bath and shower etc. There is instant hot water. The house has oil fired central heating with a rayburn in the kitchen and all mod cons including broadband. Anyone living here will have full use of the house including the sitting room. The price is inclusive of all bills and will hopefully remain so unless the usage was to be excessive. The price may be reduced slightly if the room was only used 5 days per week . Working persons or mature students only please.
