Light lovely house in great area.

I am advertising on behalf of my landlady. I no longer need to have a rented room.

If you are sociable, tidy and like occasional company than you would like this well equipped clean homely house. Bills are included in the rent as is a cleaner that comes once a week. There are 2 bathrooms with toilet and showers and 2 lounge areas. large open kitchen with a dining room. There is a piano.

The landlady is a professional interesting person whose children are now at university. The garden is great and the house is on 3 floors with lots of light and room. There is a wood fireplace in one of the lounges. She has a friendly cat that lives outside most of the time. The Gregson, shops and post office are not far to town. Williamson Park is around the corner.

The room has a desk-bookcases-wardrobe, lights and comfy single bed. This room is on the cool side but there has extra quiet oil heater if you need it.

If you have a small car you can park in the drive. Sometimes there is a space for a car on the kerb but other times you have to park just round the corner in a nearby street.
