I am a 36 year old woman with a 1 year old child. He sleeps in the same room as me.
Large double room with bed , wardrobe. I do have a telly with a Netflix stick that I don't use that could be used. (My belongings will be removed from the bedroom once let)
Kitchen and bathroom will be shared.
Parking down the side and round the back.
