I am a friendly trustworthy and inspirational professional who does the most work from the home-based office on the ground floor.

About the rents:

The rent includes all bills: Water, Wi-Fi broadband, Electricity, Gas, and Central Heating.

Fast Wi-Fi Broadband. Central Heating System. Double Bed OR Kind size bed. Wardrobe or tidy rails. Bedside Table. Lamp. New blankets, Beautiful bathroom with powerful shower. Dining room; Kitchen; Main bathroom

There is access to Lancaster City Center, the Lancaster University, and Heysham Power Station by bus or by train. (2mins to bus stops and 15mins walk distance to Morecambe train station and only 10mins to get to Lancaster City Center by train. There is plenty of local shops and amenities, and off-street parking is available outside my house.

These rooms would suit University students and professionals. You should be clean, willing to share clean duties, tidy, respectful, and preferably nonsmokers with a good character and behavior (allowing outside smoking only). Above all, we all want to have a clean, tidy, quiet, and safe place to sleep and to live! In return, I will treat you with respect.
