One double bedroom to rent in 2 bed flat.

Room is furnished with double bed, clothes rail and shelving unit. Window has a blackout blind and curtains. There is very high speed internet, phone line with free evening and weekend calls to landlines. Rent includes water, electricity, TV, council tax, flat service charge, Internet and phone. The gas is pay as you go on the metre. In the summer it uses around £20 for 2-3 months. In the winter around £20 per month.
The flats have well kept gardens with window cleaning etc. There is a car park at the rear for residents and guests.
I also have a garage, but im planning to use it all, although there would be space for a push bike or similar.

The flat is on the first floor, with large bay window in the front room. There is storage in a hallway cupboard. Brand new kitchen, ( new hob, sink, cupboards, windows ) bathroom ( bath, sink, toilet and window ) and carpets.

It is under 10 mins walk to Ormskirk station, 5 mins walk to Ormskirk town centre and I can see the local pub from the front room. Liverpool is 30 mins in the car or just under 30 mins on the train. I regularily travel by train to Liverpool as it is a very good service. It is also just under 30 mins from the beach at Southport. Local buses also go from the end of the road to Southport.

I'm looking for someone who is respectful and quiet as the residents in the other flats are elderly.
