A room is available to be let by a student in our student house, there is a seperate bath and shower, updated kitchen, communal living room and 4 bedrooms in total. Comes with kettle, toaster, Hoover, mop etc. Roofing and backyard have just been redone. Although available to let from June/July, are willing to wait for students needing a place to live starting September. Wifi also.
