Quite House In Parbold Village

I am looking to rent out the rear bedroom of my three bedroomed semi detached house in parbold. The room overlooks the garden and has been recently refurbished, newly decorated, new bed, bedding, curtains and a flat screen tv has been installed. The room has wi fi and sky tv. The bathroom is shared with myself my partner comes to stay most weekends there is a new clean and modern shower cubicle. We are very easy going people and the house is a home not a show house although is clean and tidy. We have two small dogs so animal lover is a must, however we are not looking for a lodger who is looking to bring any more pets into the household. I am a professional person and looking for a tenant who will respect my home and all that is in it. Thanks for reading this advertisement. We also have a weekly cleaner!
