Constant hot water available at all times, central heated and use of a back garden. Poulton town centre is within walking distance, there are also 2 gyms available FX, and YMCA. Train station nearby, motorway M55 also close by. Blackpool Airport is not too far away.
£75 a week is all you will be paying, also a down payment in the first week. Internet available and off st. parking
