Room for rent, flatshare on the docks in Preston

I have a part furnished double room available for rent.

The room currently has a double bed, wardrobe, TV unit and a desk.

The room is heated by storage heaters, is the flats master bedroom and is of a good size.

The kitchen, lounge and bathroom will be shared and because of this I'd like somebody who is tidy and organised.

There is broadband available with good speeds.

The bathroom has a separate shower and bath aswell as an extractor fan and a large mirror.

In the Kitchen there is a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a fan-assisted oven.

The flat is located on the docks in Preston, it's a nice area with lots of amenities within walking distance, supermarket, cinema, fast food, restaurant, gym, etc. There is also a bus stop in front of the property for easy access into the City Centre if you don't drive, although the City Centre is about a 25-30 minute walk anyway.

Royal Preston Hospital is about 10-15 minutes drive away.

The parking is on road.

The property also has a small balcony on the road side. The bedroom I have available slightly overlooks the water and the road.

All bills are included.

I am a professional who works at Royal Preston Hospital - occasionally I work nights but not very often. In my spare time I tend to keep myself to myself and go to martial arts classes a few nights a week.
