Two relaxed young professionals seeking to share a large comfortable house very near to Preston city centre.

The house is four-bedroom and the room on offer is a very large master bedroom. The room is fully furnished with wardrobe and cupboard storage available. We have a very large fully utensilled kitchen with washing machine and dryer & have a shared comfortable living room which is easily able to hold ten plus people as we have found out when we have had friends over.

The house is located within 15 minutes’ walk of Preston train station and in a location which offers easy access to M6/M65. We have private parking, a shed for bike storage and a very large garden (great for BBQ’s) with stunning views of the areas south of Preston.
We have Sky TV & 10mb Fibre optic Broadband.

My house mate and I are both graduate young professionals who have both moved to Preston in the last four years to work for BAE Systems. We are normal very sociable guys who work hard and like to spend their spare time either sat in the pub, playing football, traveling, cycling or seeking the next adventure. We have a large friendship group in the area so anybody who moved in would be encouraged to get involved.
