Room to rent in three level house.

I am renting a double room in my tree storey house. It is on a quiet mews with great connections to Manchester, Bury, Blackburn and Burnley.

There are cats at the property so feline friendly would be good! I am easy going and have a quiet and chilled out home. Couples would be considered though the room rent would be increased to cover additional bills.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished and it is possible to have a room on the ground floor if this is wanted. There access to high speed internet. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower and a large kitchen for those who like to cook.

It is really important to myself, that I can trust the person renting the room and there is good communication. We require references but are able to negotiate on this for the right tenant.

I work away in the week so you will have the place to your self pretty much.
