Double room to let in lovely family home

The room

The room is a generous loft double, furnished. It's a shared family bathroom, utility room, very large kitchen diner, adult only living room (kids have own playroom) enclosed gardens, garage and parking on the drive for up to 7 cars. Wifi 200mb speed, tv aerial point and all bills are inc.

A bit about us, we're non smokers, family of 6 with 3 young children. My father lives with us also. We have been renting the room for 2 years now and have experience of living comfortably with a nice variety of lodgers. The room is suitable for anyone wanting a warm welcome and family home environment.
We have had lodgers that have regularly had their children to stay a couple of times a week, this can be discussed/negotiated in person. .
We do have 2 dogs, one is too old to even think about stairs and the other isn't aloud access onto the 2nd floor.
We also have a cleaner that comes for 3 hrs once a week.

References preferable and a recent DBS check is required .
