The room has a single bed, chest of draws, bedside lamp, T. V. socket and spacious fitted wardrobe. There is a bathroom with a shower and there is also a downstairs toilet. The lounge is modern, with 42" T. V., WiFi and tastefully decorated, a seperate dining room to eat / work in and fully fitted kitchen. There is a fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker and micro-wave. All cooking utensils and crockery are avaialble. Outside is a garden with patio / barbeque and a garage is available but there is also off road parking with a double drive. Skelmersdale is close to the M6, Wigan / Preston, M62, Manchester and M58, Liverpool and has excellent rail and bus connections. There is a Banatynes Gym, Asda and the Concourse shopping centre are close by. Skelmersdale is near the West Lancashire Beacon country park and close some beautiful countryside.
