Hi we are a small family with a lovely spare room on its own upstairs. The room has ensuite and nice furniture including brand new single bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers and comfy sofa. The house has great broadband connection, large gardens and parking. The room is really spacious with lots of light and is in a quiet part of the house. It would suit a student, mature student or professional looking to live whilst saving for the next step. Short term rental periods also considered including international students/ workers. The house is on a main bus route to Wigan and Ormskirk and only 10 minutes from Ormskirk bus and train station by car and the same to Parbold station on the Manchester line.
