I am planning to rent separately two double bedrooms out of three( one has currently a treadmill and is used more as a storage and bit of workout). One bedroom has a king size bed , carpet is only present on stairs. there is a single car park at the front ( can be extended in the future if needed to fit two cars), and a decent size back garden.
The house comes with furnitures including a 45 inch TV with sound system in the lounge and comfy sofas( nearly brand new), tv installed in the larger bedroom, washing machine , extra chest freezer if needed.
Heating, council tax, gas , electric, water, and broadband are included in the rent. The house benefits from CCTV security cameras as it was used for business use so extra peace of mind and lighted up at the front at night.
Rent I am setting up is:
620: for larger room (not negotiable sorry)
590: for smaller double bedroom
I will be a live out landlord (sorry I can't change it on the add) so rent is basically for a three deroom house to be shared with a second person.

- is rent negotiable? No I am afraid, you are paying for a room in a large three bedroom house to be shared with another tenant only ,I consider the rent very reasonable for what is on offer.
-Are pets allowed: no the house is pet free, if you are planning to have a pet this would not be the right option for you
