Room available in Central Todmorden

Hello folks,

I have a room which will be available at the start of June at the latest, it is a large 12x12ft room with shared bathroom, kitchen and dining space. Bills are not included but generally is around £125~, I will confirm this at a later date.

I am a musician and student and have lived at the property for about 2 years now, neighbours are lovely and views are great. I work most weekends but generally keep to myself in the house, I struggle with anxiety a fair bit so I can struggle when unexpected visitors are around.

I enjoy cooking and can happily make meals a lot, I also work on a fair bit of music as much as I can so it can be a little loud at times but I'm always respectable to other's space.

I'm not personally fussed about who moves in, I can live with anyone, the images are a little old but I'm more than happy for anyone to visit to look around the property.
