Bright double furnished room, available in terraced three storey house in central Todmorden. Beautiful room with floorboards and feature fireplace (not operational). Shared living room with logburner, dining kitchen and bathroom. Suntrap of a back patio yard and front garden. Wifi, GCH, DG, washing machine & dishwasher. In central Tod, though it also feels off the beaten track - a few minutes' walk to the train station so ideal for commuting to Manchester, Leeds, Halifax, Rochdale etc. But there is also a track straight out the back onto the fell for those with outdoor interests. Looking for a relaxed, friendly, respectful lodger who is happy to help keep the house clean and tidy (but included in the rent is a cleaner for the weekly clean!)
