Housemate wanted to share house in nice area

Hi, I have recently moved into a private rented property and am looking for a housemate to help with the bills. There is a spare bedroom upstairs but there is also a living room at the front of the house which could also be used as a bedroom, if preferred.

All bills will be included, including broadband and I have a washing machine in place. The kitchen isn't massive but I'm no Nigella in there anyway!!

I am an easy going person who likes good company, good entertainment and the odd beer (2 pubs within falling distance). I do enjoy watching sports on TV and light hearted programmes like 8 out of 10 cats. I'm not a soap fan but like my US tv shows.

I have 2 cats who run rings round me and are very playful and friendly. So you would have to be cat friendly.

The house is a 5 min walk into the town centre or 5 min to hospital (depending on where you work). It is resident parking which costs £17. 50 a year. I would apply for this on your behalf.

Although the tenancy is in my name, the agent is aware I am looking to share and is happy just to be informed. If further down the line you wanted to sign the tenancy agreement then that's fine with me but not expected.

Anyway, this is turning into war and peace!! If you're interested, give me a yell and we can take it from there.
